Usage beyond your plan's included amounts in one month is added to the next invoice. You can cancel anytime and pay only for the current month and any outstanding usage. Add-ons, such as extra preview environments or seats, are billed in advance and pro-rated from the day you add them. For example, a $10 preview environment added halfway through the month costs $5, charged on the next invoice. ### How do I access Medusa's AI tooling? Some tools, like the Medusa Development Agent, are in the Cloud dashboard. Others, like the Medusa MCP server, are called from your own agent and require authenticating with your Cloud organization. ### Where are Medusa Cloud's servers located? Only Medusa Cloud seats are billed, and usually only your development team needs one. ### Can my client manage billing while my agency handles development? Yes. Your client creates the organization and billing account, then invites you. One Medusa Cloud account can belong to several organizations, so you can switch between clients. ### Can I switch to self-hosting later? Yes. There's no lock-in.
