First integration update in 2026, and kicking it off with no less than 15 new additions to our Integrations Directory. Learn more about them all below.

Integrations added

Claude Code

The Claude Code plugin equips Claude Code with Medusa-specific skills that make it easier to build end-to-end features across the backend, admin dashboard, and storefront. In addition, the plugin gives Claude access to the Medusa MCP server, enabling it to retrieve up-to-date information from the documentation to complement the built-in skills.

The integration is available as an open-source package, and you can see it in action in our recent announcement blog post.

Okta

Okta integrates Medusa with enterprise-grade identity and access management using a guided setup available in the Docs. It supports secure authentication and single sign-on, and is commonly used in B2B setups or internal tools that need to align with existing identity infrastructure.

The Okta integration announcement provides a quick overview of the use case and setup.

Strapi

Strapi is a guided integration with a setup guide available in our Docs. It makes it easy to pair Medusa with a flexible headless CMS, allowing you to manage content alongside your commerce data. It is ideal for powering editorial pages, product storytelling, and rich marketing content without coupling content management to your commerce logic.

The Strapi integration announcement covers the use cases and architecture in more detail.

PayPal

PayPal is available as a guided payment integration that lets you accept payments using one of the most widely used global payment providers. Alongside it, we got two pre-built integrations by our community, PayPal by Alphabite and PayPal by RSC Labs, that you can check out.

The PayPal integration announcement provides an overview of the supported features, setup process, and recommended use cases.

Storyblok

Storyblok is a headless CMS integration that allows you to sync products, variants, and images directly from Medusa. With this setup, you can manage your commerce content using a visual editor and structured content blocks, making it easier to support multilingual, multi-region, or campaign-driven experiences.

Other new integrations

  • Mondial Relay (Fulfillment): Enable delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points across Europe, allowing customers to choose convenient relay locations at checkout.
  • PayU (Payment): Add support for PayU to accept local and international payment methods across multiple regions, fully compatible with Medusa’s checkout flow.
  • Bloomreach (Notification): Integrate advanced personalization, search, and product discovery to deliver more relevant shopping experiences.
  • Ecomail (Notification): Connect Medusa with Ecomail to power email marketing and customer communication using real commerce data.
  • Automations (Other): Trigger workflows and background processes based on Medusa events to reduce manual work and automate operations.
  • Colissimo (Fulfillment): Add support for Colissimo shipping services, enabling reliable domestic and international parcel delivery with tracking.
  • Makesend (Fulfillment): Integrate Makesend to streamline shipping and fulfillment workflows, including label generation and carrier coordination.
  • Apiship (Fulfillment): Connect Medusa with Apiship to manage multi-carrier shipping, rate calculation, and delivery options through a single integration.

If you have built an open-source integration, we always encourage you to share it with the broader community. Our integration list is curated directly from NPM, making it easy for you to get featured. Here’s how:

  1. Name your package using the format Copy to clipboardmedusa-plugin-[plugin-name]
  2. Add a clear description, relevant keywords, and specify Medusa version compatibility in your package metadata.
  3. Publish your integration to NPM and make sure it is publicly accessible (check our publishing guide).

The core team will vet new plugins once per month. Please note that we usually require at least 20 downloads for an integration to remain listed.
