Integrations added in November
Medusa Email
Medusa Emails introduces a simple and reliable way to send transactional messages directly from Medusa Cloud without requiring any external provider or setup. You can deliver order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, and other essential notifications as soon as events occur in your store. Everything works out of the box, so email delivery is available the moment your project is connected to Medusa Cloud.
The feature integrates seamlessly with the Medusa Notification Module, allowing you to trigger emails through backend workflows, API routes, or any custom logic you create.

Other integrations
- Product Reviews (other): Supports full product review management with 1–5 star ratings, moderation (approved, pending, flagged), admin replies, analytics, advanced filtering, and full text search in an enhanced admin UI with dark theme.
- Bling (ERP): Connect your store to Bling ERP to sync orders, customers, inventory, and financial data. You will be able to manage all of it directly from the Admin UI in Medusa with a real-time status tracker.
- Base.com (ERP): Connect your store to Base.com to sync product info, variants, stock levels, and pricing with Medusa.
- Tochka (payment): Enable secure local payments using the Tochka integration, now fully compatible with Medusa’s checkout flow.
- Asyntia (other): Add AI-powered customer assistance to your storefront with the Asyntia chatbot integration.
Get featured
If you have built an open-source integration, we always encourage you to share it with the broader community. Our integration list is curated directly from NPM, making it easy for you to get featured. Here’s how:
- Name your package using the format Copy to clipboard
medusa-plugin-[plugin-name] - Add a clear description, relevant keywords, and specify Medusa version compatibility in your package metadata.
- Publish your integration to NPM and make sure it is publicly accessible (check our publishing guide).
Please note that we usually have a minimum threshold of around 20 downloads for an integration to be displayed. The core team will do the vetting of new plugins once per month.
