Other plans

Hobby Plan

The Hobby plan ($29/mo) is ideal for developers and small businesses building or testing with Medusa. It provides all core cloud features to get you off the ground, but comes with some limits, including:

  • Brief downtime during new deployments
  • A single point of failure, which can result in occasional downtime
  • Slower response times as traffic increases

Great for development or low order volumes, but it is not recommended for scaling.

Enterprise plan

In addition to the Hobby and Pro plans, we offer an Enterprise option for companies with more advanced needs. The Enterprise offering includes:

  1. Dedicated support for your Medusa projects, including fast issue resolution and migration assistance.
  2. SLA-backed guarantees on uptime, plus guidance on performance optimization.
  3. Flexible infrastructure pricing tailored to your specific needs.
